Istina, više nije bitno kako je počelo, nego šta će da bude na kraju!
Pa evropa je bila u plusu kad sam ja krenuo da prošetam psa, a evo je sada u priličnom minusu! Za sat vremena se čudo desi!

Za 10 minuta jedna losa vest iz Cikaga okrene sve u minus posle onako dobrih vesti o nezaposlenosti i GDP-u.
Cudne se stvari desavaju i kao sto rekoh pre neki dan, pocelo je nesto opako da smrdi.

Oni su svi toliko porasli u odnosu na nasu berzu, tako da kada ne bi imali takve turbulencije, jednostavno ne bi mogli da funkcionisu. Ili bi prepumpali balon ponovo ili bi se sve skrsilo i vratili bi se skroz nazad na mart mesec. To mi je sve sa njihovog stanovista normalno i ocekivano....

Ma to je ok i normalno ali ovoliki minus na dobre vesti? Mogu samo da zamislim koliki bi pokolj bio da su vesti bile gore od ocekivanih.

US Stocks Turn Sharply Lower On Disappointing Economic DataStory

U.S. stocks took a sharp turn lower Wednesday following a starkly disappointing reading of midwestern manufacturing activity.

The market had been shaky thanks to surprisingly weak jobs data released prior to the opening bell. Then the losses in major indexes piled up after the Chicago Purchasing Manager's Index showed a surprising decline. The measure fell to 46.1 for September, down from August's reading of 50.0, which is the level at which the index signals an overall expansion in activity.

Economists were expecting the index to show continued improvement, to 52.0, but instead got a fresh reminder that the U.S. recession isn't quite over.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was recently down 126 points, or 1.3%, at 9615.99. The Nasdaq Composite Index was off 1.3%. The S&P 500 was down 1.2%, hurt by declines in every sector.

Treasury prices, which had been declining before the Chicago report's release, were recently higher. The 10-year note was up 3/32, yielding 3.283%. Comex gold futures also gained, retaking the $1000-an-ounce level. The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index jumped 4.5% to 26.33.

Investors have generally been in a more cautious mood in recent days, heading into the end of 2009's third quarter at the closing bell Wednesday. The period has included banner gains in major indexes, which some traders worry has set up a correction heading into year end.

Strategist Denis Amato, of Ancora Advisors in Cleveland, Ohio, said his firm has been selling shares and building its cash reserve due to concerns about the direction of the economy.

"We're right on the cusp of a big change, but it's hard to tell which way things are going to go," said Amato. "It looks like we can have continued improvement in earnings or higher [valuations on stocks], but not both."

The Dow is up 15.3% for the period, on track for its best quarterly performance since 1998. The Dow also is on track to defy tradition by clocking gains for September, a month in which stocks over the long term have shown an average decline of more than 1%. The average is up 2.6% for the month.

A closely watched report from payroll processing firm Automatic Data Processing and Macroeconomic Advisors showed that U.S. private sector employers dropped 254,000 jobs from their payrolls last month, more than the 240,000 jobs decline expected by economists. The Labor Department's monthly report on nonfarm payrolls are due on Friday.

In other economic news Wednesday, a report from the Commerce Department showed the economy contracted at a 0.7% rate in the second quarter, better than the earlier estimated 1% annual rate of decline. GDP shrank 5.4% in the fourth quarter of 2008 and 6.4% in the first quarter of 2009.

Among stocks to watch, CIT Group shares plunged 40% after The Wall Street Journal reported that the troubled lender to small and mid-sized companies may seek a restructuring that would likely wipe out the value of common shares.

Jabil Circuit shares jumped 8% after the company reported that earnings in its last quarter dropped 90% but that markets continued to improve.

Asian shares finished mixed on Wednesday and European stocks were mixed.

Crude-oil futures rose 49 cents, lifted by a weaker dollar. The greenback was recently lower against both the euro and the yen.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- There is no rush for the Federal Reserve to begin to tighten monetary policy, said Dennis Lockhart, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, on Wednesday.

"I think it may well be some time before a comprehensive exit need be under way," Lockhart said in a speech in Mobile, Ala.

There has been much speculation in financial markets and economic circles about the U.S. central bank's so-called "exit strategy" -- when and how it will start winding down the stimulus and liquidity measures implemented to battle the financial crisis that took hold a year ago.

Worries that the Fed's credit-easing policy, which has expanded bank reserves, will fuel inflation are exaggerated, Lockhart said.

He conceded there are signs of recovery but said it remains uncertain when the U.S. economy can begin growing again without the benefit government stimulus.

"Assuming stable inflation, I would like to see more evidence of private activity in the economy before advocating change in the Fed's overall monetary-policy stance," Lockhart said.

Analysts have been listening particularly closely to Fed officials for hints of how it plans to unwind purchases of longer-term securities and eventually raise rates now that there are signs that the recession is, at least technically, at an end.

Late Tuesday, Charles Plosser, the president of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank, said he didn't think the time to tighten had arrived.

Lockhart is a voting member of the Fed's monetary-policy committee this year. Plosser won't be a member until 2011.

In his remarks, Lockhart said that economic vital signs are mixed among the evidence suggesting a recovery.

The banking system is healing but it will take time, he added.

Lockhart said the Atlanta Fed was raising its estimates for near-term growth but remains cautious about the medium term.

"To elaborate, I see as uncertain the time required for the housing market to return to health, the potential commercial real estate drag on the financial system, the sustainability of recovery in the absence of government supports, and the resurgence of private demand," Lockhart said.

Više loših podataka danas naročito ISM index i povećanje ljudi koji su ostali bez posla

TA je (bar kako je ja vidim) pokazivala jasne znake korekcije. RSI je prešao u overbought još sredinom septembra, kada je i probijen gornji bolindžer. Kao što sam obeležio na slici, u tri navrata je probijen gornji bolindžer, nakon čega dolazi do konsolidacije i najverovatnije take profita, a sa druge strane kupovine na padu (buying on dips). MACD je dao sell signal, kako sada izgleda u pravo vreme.

Fundamentalna strana nam govori, kao što je kolega DI u prethodnoj poruci preneo, da su rezultati lošiji nego što se očekivalo, što je i bio okidač za današnju korekciju.

Na sajtu The Technical Take redovno pratim nedeljen izveštaju o sentimentu investitora, na kojima su pokriveni: dumb money i smart money indikatori, insider score i Rydex Bullish and Leveraged v. Bearish and Leveraged. 3 od 4 indikatora daju jasan sell signal (dumb money je bulish, insajderi prodaju akcije, i Rydex isto tako sell signal), dok je smart money neutralan.

Korekcija je tu, lično nisam siguran koliko će da potraje, smatram da će pre svega zavisiti od fundamentalnih vesti i podataka koji slede, kao i od kvartalnih izveštaja koji uskoro slede.

Znate i sami kakav uticaj će imati ovo na belex, pod uslovom da potraje korekcija, možemo je sasvim sigurno u jačoj meri očekivati i kod nas.

Uradiće isto što i do sada - slediti dow i s&p selloff.

Korekcija je bila ocigledna i dobro ce nam doci da malo ohladimo glave. Mnogo smo poleteli! :mf_argue:
Ja sam danas pokusao da sa ostatkom portfolia izadjem potpuno iz hartija, nazalost nisam uspeo. Nece biti kasno ni sutra.

Verovatno, ma da, ne mora da znači.

Nagledali smo se svakakvih iznenađenja u poslednje vreme, tako da ne isključujem mogućnost, ali je zaista velika verovatnoća da će se tako desiti.

Jel zna neko kada izlaze prvi earnings q3 za firme iz SP500?
Znam da je prva iz dow ALCOA 7. oktobra, negde sam pročitao da će prve kompaije iy SP500 izaći sutra (petak), ali sad nikako ne mogu da to ponovo pronadjem.
